Doing just uworld sounds like a great plan, as APGO can always be added on later. I think a clearer picture will form after doing NBME/UWSAs. If one is killing the OB/Gyn section but missing say, easy ones in another subject, better to focus on that other subject and forego APGO. But if vice-versa, APGO should take priority.
